Shipping policy

We understand that you want your order as soon as possible and therefore offer several delivery options to meet your needs. All orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours (weekdays excluding holidays), and you can expect your order to be delivered within 1-4 working days of dispatch.

PostNord consignment note (Svane-labelled)

We offer delivery with PostNord Varubrev (trackable), an environmentally friendly and Swan-labelled alternative. Please note that shipments that weigh more than 2 kg or are too large to be delivered in the letterbox are sent to the nearest PostNord agent.

Delivery: Items that fit are delivered directly to your mailbox or door without a receipt. If your package does not fit in the mailbox, it will be placed at the door, and you will receive a picture of the shipment via PostNord's app. Download the app to easily keep track of your deliveries.
Shipping Cost: Shipping cost varies depending on the size and weight of the shipment:
SEK 49 for smaller shipments
SEK 59 for medium-sized shipments
SEK 79 for larger shipments.
For orders over SEK 999, we offer shipping (applies only in Sweden). Shipping cost to the rest of Europe and the world is from SEK 109.

Delivery: You will be notified by text, email or letter when your package is available for collection.
Shipping cost: from SEK 49 (free shipping on orders over SEK 999).
Tracking: You can easily track your package through the app or with the tracking number that you receive via SMS or email.
Unclaimed package: If the shipment is not picked up, you as a customer will be charged SEK 199

Delivery times and tracking

Exact delivery times may vary depending on your address, but we always aim to deliver your order within 1-4 days. If you live far north, however, it may take an extra day. You can easily track your order via the tracking number that you receive in an email as soon as we have packed your order.
