Hey! Here is information about our shipping and purchase terms. You must be 18 years or older to shop with us. If you have any questions regarding these terms, or anything else, just contact us by email or phone. We want happy and satisfied customers :)

ORDERS

INVENTORY

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to order what you're looking for. All items on in our webshop are in stock, (does not apply to the products offered to pre-order). If you cannot find a specific toy, it's probably temorarily out of stock.

PRICES/PAYMENT

All prices in our webshop are including VAT (sales tax).

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Klarna Checkout is available in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Invoice, partial payment, card payment, and direct payment via bank. Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible, and safe to shop online. Enter your information and pick the best. pay option for you. Klarna terms & conditions.
You can also pay with PayPal, or Swedbank Pay (Mastercard,Visa).

CONFIRMATION

When you've completed your order, you'll receive an order confirmation via email. In it you can see your complete order, along with the payment method (Klarna, Swish or Swedbank Pay). If we, for any reason, cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you.

SCHOOLS/DAYCARE/HOSPITALS/CHURCHES

If you're shopping on behalf of an organization or an institution, please contact us via telephone and we'll assist you with your order.

PRE-ORDERS

PREORDER

Pre-orders refer to products that can be bought or pre-booked before we have them in stock. They can be paid in advance via any payment method (card, Klarna installment payment, Paypal, or Swish) or pre-booked with a down payment by paying 20% ​​of the price via invoice.

Pre-book a pre-order: select "invoice" at checkout and email us and the invoice will be adjusted to 20% of the amount before it is sent out. Contact us for more information at zoologishoppen@gmail.com
In case of cancellation of preorder, 20% of the price will not be refunded.
Products brought in specifically for a customer cannot be canceled.

PRE-ORDER IN STOCK

When your advance booking is in stock, we will email you that you can complete the purchase by transferring the remaining amount. You then have 2 months to complete the purchase. After that, your booking is canceled and the down payment is not paid back.

DELIVERY

S/H COSTS

If your purchase totals SEK600 or more, we do not charge s/h within Sweden. If your purchase is for less than SEK500, we charge from SEK49 for s/h within Sweden.
Shipping costs to the rest of Europe and the world are from SEK 109.

DELIVERY TIME

We pack and ship continuously and most webshop orders leave our warehouse the same, or the following, day. We send all orders within Sweden with DHL. When your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation via email from DHL Servicepoint. When your order has arrived, you'll receive a text message with information about where to pick up your package. Normal delivery time is 2-3 days, but do observe that delivery time can increase around holidays and due to unforeseen circumstances (such as Covid-19).

TRACKING

In your shipping conirmation email from DHL Servicepoint, you'll find a tracking number. Click here to enter the number and check the status of your order.

PICK-UP

The addressee might need to identify themselves when they pick up the package, so do make sure that the receiver is able to show valid ID (for example, do not address a gift delivery directly to a child).

OTHER DELIVERY ADDRESS

If you want to buy a gift for someone and have it sent directly to them, that is not a problem! Choose Payment by card at checkout and check the box for Other delivery address.
Remember to include the recipient's cellphone number, since that is where the pick-up notice will be texted.

RETURNS & COMPLAINTS

OPTION TO RETURN

As a consumer you have the right to open a box to check that the item is working properly. We have a 14-day return policy. If you're unhappy with your purchase, or change your mind, you can return the item for a fulll refund within 14 days. You will pay the return shipping costs. To speed up the process of getting your refund, please include a copy of your delivery note, or similar.

COMPLAINTS

Please, contact us via email zoologishoppen@gmail.com if you need to return an item due to production damage or defects. We will send you a shipping label that you can use to return the item to us.

At zoologishoppen.se we comply with the Swedish Consumer Rights Law and the current recommendations for the right of complaint. Only original damage and defects are covered by the right of complaint. Regular wear and tear, or using the product in a way that was not intended by the producer, is not covered by the right of complaint.

This information is only used to complete the transaction and deliver your order. Order records are saved for 7 yrs in accordance with the law.
