Eofauna - Ankylosaurus magniventris

It was not only the largest ankylosaurid , but also the largest of all known fully armored dinosaurs. It was equipped with heavy armor consisting of osteoderms, or scutes. embedded in the skin (raised scales with sharp tips used for protection), and a huge bony club at the end of the tail that would have served primarily as a defensive weapon.
