The Papo Hummingbird model is an accurate representation of the famous nectar-loving bird.
Description
The hummingbird is a very small bird that lives over large parts of the American continent. There are about 320 different species, among the world's smallest bird, the bicolibrin, which is only 5 cm long and weighs 1.8 grams. Hummingbirds live mainly on nectar.
It is sculpted with its wings outstretched as though it is about to take flight, and its feature-textured body is painted predominantly blue and turquoise. The edges of its wings are black, as are its long, thin beak, eyes and feet. Hummingbirds are named after the sound that their beating wings make as they hover in mid-air, so this beautiful bird model is perfect for your collection.
From the Swedish forests to the plains of North America - wild animals live in the middle of us and if you are lucky you can see them in their natural environments. The wildlife of the northern globe is rich and exciting to discover; Papo's fine figures become extra special when you read and learn a little about the animals' lives.
The figures are made of phthalate-free PVC.
Papo's products undergo extensive testing in an accredited laboratory. The toys are CE marked and thus meet the health, safety, environmental and other requirements prescribed in accordance with European legislation.
For almost 25 years, PAPO has been making its amazing figures. Childhood is a time of discovery and play and that is what they wanted to encourage when they designed the first princesses, princes, dragons and knights. Now the range is much wider and there is everything from domestic and wild animals to dinosaurs and pirates.
PAPO's characters are exciting and fun and arouse children's imagination. The best way for a child to learn is through play; play arouses curiosity and curiosity leads to discovery and knowledge.
But it's not just children who appreciate PAPO's characters. Thanks to their realism, they are also very popular with collectors.
PAPO protects the animals of the earth and through their figures they want to draw attention to the nature of our planet and the biological diversity. They are members of the World Wide Fund for Nature's Business Club - through this partnership, PAPO provides financial support for the animals on our planet.
