Oviraptor is a genus of small dinosaurs that lived during the Late Cretaceous, about 83-70 million years ago in what is now Mongolia.

They were a very bird-like dinosaur and, like the other theropods, were bipedal. Perhaps they moved in flocks, as many birds do.

They were around 1.5 meters long and weighed around 30 kg.

The oviraptor lacked teeth, but in return had a strong beak to peck with. It's a little nice that we don't have to be chased by a bunch of oviraptors in the square when we come to feed pigeons.
