History:

Although ducks were one of the last common barnyard animals to be domesticated, they are some of the easiest to take care of. Ducks prosper in almost any region given the climate is not to cold or hot, and they can live free range, in cages, or in barns. If you decide to pick up this little duckling, make sure you have plenty of grain on hand – that’s its favorite food!
