Safari Ltd - Crocodile Hatching

The mother crocodile places the nest very carefully so that it is not flooded but at the same time has the right temperature. It must not be below 27°C and not above 34°C. The nest is built at night and it can take up to several weeks before it is ready. The female then lays 30-70 eggs in a sand pit and after 90 days the young hatch.
