Description The lioness gives birth to litters of between one and six cubs after carrying them for about 110 days. Lion cubs are born with their eyes closed and do not open them until a week after birth. After about three weeks, they begin to walk.

This lion cub is approximately 3 inches long and a little over 2 inches tall. The fur is sandy yellow with a white underside and brown nose, eyes, claws and paw pads.
