In and around the town of Point Pleasant (USA) from 1966 to 1967, a number of people reported seeing a large winged creature, the size of a human with glowing red eyes. Some people believe that the Mothman only appears before catastrophic events, such as a bridge collapse that occurred in 1967 after the Mothman was sighted.
Some believe the Mothman is alien or supernatural. Others believe that the reported sightings were simply people who thought they saw animals, such as an owl.
Either way, the legend of the Mothman has captivated people since it was first reported and sightings continue to this day.
Characteristics:
This minnow has many of the characteristics described by witnesses, including large black wings and red eyes. Its furry body and feathery antennae were inspired by real moths.
Size and Color:
The Mothman model is 5 inches tall and 6 inches wide from wing tip to wing tip. The color is mostly black with some gray highlights, silver claws, teeth and red metallic eyes.
