Sarcosuchus is an extinct genus belonging to the order of crocodilians that existed in a fairly extensive area approximately 110 million years ago during the Early Cretaceous. Fossils have been found in Africa in South America.

Description
The first Sarcosuchus fossils were found in 1964 by the French paleontologist Albert-Félix de Lapparent, it was named in 1966 by France de Broin and Philippe Taquet. Sarcosuchus was 11-12 meters long and weighed 8-10 tons. Apart from its size, it was very similar to modern crocodiles, at the front of the snout it had a lump of bone similar to that of today's gharials.

Scientific name: Sarcosuchus (“Flesh Crocodile”)

Properties:

This crocodile-like figure is hand-painted and full of scientifically accurate details, from the large hump on the nose to the wide, flat grooves on the back. It is posed in a walking style, making its way across its tropical habitat.

Size and Color:

This model is just over 10 inches long and is 2 ¼ inches tall at the back. The color is brown above with a pale sandy yellow-brown color below. It has dark brown stripes and markings on its back and sides. Its eyes are green and its teeth are white.
