Schleich - Pacific North Caper

The Pacific right whale has been swimming through the waters off the North American coast for a long time. Its smooth, black skin is covered with greenish-brown barnacles on its forehead and mouth. It has a white spot on its underside, otherwise it is completely black. It can grow up to 16 meters long! These are true kings and queens of the seas.

Description
The Pacific right whale swims slowly through the ocean with its small front fins. It keeps its large body on course with its broad, transverse tail fin. It moves at around 8 km per hour. It swims slowly because as it glides through the water, it filters small crabs and fish called Krill through the sieve in its mouth, which it then eats with relish. A full meal takes quite a while for a giant like it. After all, the sea giant weighs up to 100 tons, so its appetite for krill is never-ending!
