Description
This boxed set builds a solid core of a Wood Elf Realms army for use in Warhammer: The Old World games. The Wild Riders and Sisters of the Thorn – elite cavalry – lead the charge, while the specialist Wildwood Rangers and spear-wielding Eternal Guard act as shock troops. A sizeable Glade Guard unit using Asrai longbows supports the rest of the army.
The miniatures in this box are easy to customize. The Wild Riders, or Sisters of the Thorn, can be assembled as one large unit or two units of five warriors – each with their own champion, standard bearer and musician. The set includes cosmetic accessories, and the Wild Riders can each take a shield of their own.
The Wildwood Rangers, or Eternal Guard, can be assembled as one large unit or two units of 10 warriors – each with their own optional champion, standard bearer and musician. The heads and weapons are interchangeable across the miniatures, and the Eternal Guard can each take a shield of their own choice.
The Glade Guard can be assembled as one large unit or two units of 16 archers – each with their own optional champion, standard bearer and musician. The champion can be built with an Asrai longbow or sword, there is a choice of two banners for the standard bearer, and the heads, legs, torsos, cloaks and weapons are interchangeable across the miniatures. These miniatures can also be used to represent the Deepwood Scouts.
No matter how you choose to build them, this box is a fantastic way to start a new Wood Elf Realms army, or expand your collection and save money by purchasing each kit separately.
This pack contains 62 multi-part plastic miniatures:
– 10x Wild Riders (which can alternatively be built as Sisters of the Thorn)
– 20x Wildwood Rangers (which can alternatively be built as Eternal Guard)
– 32x Glade Guard
This kit consists of 824 plastic components, 10 x Citadel 30mm x 60mm Rectangle Bases and 52 x Citadel 25mm Square Bases.
This set also includes 2x Wood Elf Realms Transfer sheets, each containing 186 high-quality water slides to decorate your miniatures.
These miniatures require assembly and are supplied unpainted - we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Color.
